About Douglas DeVore

As a Truckee based, Emmy-award winning producer and director. My life has always revolved around a passion for artistic expression. Admittedly a tech geek, I love to combine creativity with  gadgets, lighting, and unusual exposures to create a unique view of this incredible environment.

I believe in the sanctity of the image. Post processing is used for color, touch up, and long exposure work. I strive to honor the environment and do not digitally add or replace items that were not present. 

I love searching for shooting opportunities, and have a passion for spending hours or days at a location waiting for the elements of light and scenery to line up just right into that perfect combination that makes a photo magical.
